The program we have developed was specifically designed to target the muscles used to help our female athletes. The goal is to teach them how to be in full control of their movements and gain the power to be truly explosive when hitting. After seeing some of the strength training programs out there We wanted to create something that was more geared towards the sport of softball. Each exercise is chosen to target and strengthen the muscles used when hitting. Core, balance, mindfulness and simple purposeful movements are the backbone of the program. We use blast and pocket radar to not only gauge the growth of each hitter from a velocity standpoint but also an analysis of their bat angle. After each session each athlete will receive a report showing their progress.
